The Rayville Police Department made the following arrests for the week of Nov. 13-20.
• Antwan Johnson, 36, 304 Merrick St., Rayville; disobedience to a police officer.
• Special N. Long, 26, 2216 E. 26th St., Oklahoma City, Okla.; no driver’s license, failure to carry registration, Schedule 3 Dangerous Substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
• Alvin Lawson, 56, 111 Deacon St., Rayville; disobedience to a police officer and open container.
• Rigoberto Hernandez, 244 West Side Drive, Moselle, Miss., speeding, no driver’s license and driving under suspension.
Five juveniles were arrested this week. Two were charged with disturbing the peace by fighting, one with simple criminal trespassing, one with disobedience to a police officer and one with resisting arrest.

The Rayville Police Department issued a total of 37 traffic citations this week. That number includes 19 for speeding, nine for no seat belt, five for failure to yield with an accident and one each for expired driver’s license, no child restraint, improper lane use with an accident and careless operation.
