The Rayville Police Department made the following arrests for the week of Oct. 16-23.
• Shaqutta Horton, 32, 9704, Comstock Road, Little Rock, Ark.; 60 counts of Anti Skimming Act.
• Chanelle Smith, 29, 2401 Willow St., Little Rock; 60 counts of Anti Skimming Act.
• Roderick Armstrong, 40, 114 McCaa St., Rayville; following too close with an accident and no driver’s license.
• Damien Rodgers, 37, 311 Dacron St., Rayville; 16 counts vehicle burglary and four counts of damage to property.
• Nakya Burns, 34, 1502 Hickory St., Winnsboro; driving under suspension and careless operation with an accident.
• Yvonne Davis, 54, 229 Wanda St., Rayville; shoplifting, first offense.
• Kimberly Wilhite, 25, 204 Williams Roberts, Rayville; shoplifting, first offense.

The Rayville Police Department issued a total of 19 traffic citations this week.
That number includes nine for speeding, three for improper child restraint, two for no seat belt and one each for no driver’s license, expired insurance, improper turn with an accident, failure to signal turn and failure to yield with an accident.
