Josh Cowart and Hunter Frey, members of Rayville High FFA, competed at the District FFA Welding event held at the Bastrop Delta Community College campus on March 4, . They qualified to advance to the Area I FFA competition to be held March 18 at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston.
