Rayville Police Chief Willie Robinson would like to remind all citizens and business owners in Rayville to exercise reasonable security measures to protect their homes, businesses, and property.

“Checking to make sure your doors and windows are locked only takes a few minutes, but can make all the difference in the world,” the chief said.

Chief Robinson advised that homeowners should always lock their homes if they are going to be away.  Chief Robinson would also like to remind homeowners that they are welcome to contact Rayville Police Department and request an additional patrol if they are going to be out of town.

“You should also remember to lock the doors on your vehicle when it’s not in use,” the chief said.

Chief Robinson encourages all citizens to come by the Rayville Police Department at 900 Harrison St. or to call 728-4431 if you need his help in any way.
