Richland Parish Sheriff Gary Gilley is pleased to announce the graduation of Deputy Arthur Hayes and Deputy Morgan Todd Nov. 15 from the North Delta Regional Training Academy Basic Academy Class #132.
Hayes has been en employee of the Richland Parish Sheriff’s Office since August 2012 and Todd has been an employee since June 2011.
Todd placed first in firearms - females, first in officer survival - females and second in physical training- females.
Class #132 began its training at North Delta Community College in Monroe on Aug. 8, and completed Nov. 15.
