The Rayville Police Department made the following arrests for the week of Sept. 12-18.

• James Williamson, 34, 242 Percy Heggins, Rayville; careless operation, driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Amber E. McCowin, 30, 105 Boles St., Rayville; felony theft.

• Emmanuel F. Robinson, 23, 321 Jackson St., Bastrop; two head lamps required and driving without a license.

• Deterrius L. Jackson, 21, 456 Dacron St., Rayville; illegal carrying of a weapon (firearm) and possession of an unidentifiable firearm.

• Michael C. Wilhite, 27, 20 Wilhite Road, Rayville; driving under suspension and careless operation with an accident.

• Candace Kelly, 27, 105 Waldorf St., Rayville; disturbing the peace (fighting).

• Eric M. Johnson, 45, 105 Waldorf St., disturbing the peace by fighting.

• Austin B. Adcox, 20, 1517 Hwy 583, Rayville; disturbing the peace by loud music.

• Bobbie Thompson Reynolds, 30, 12 Vineyard Lane, Rayville; improper lane usage and riving under suspension.

• One juvenile was charged with disturbing the peace by loud music.

The Rayville Police Department issued a total of 18 traffic citations this week. That number includes seven for speeding, three each for running a stop sign and failure to signal a turn and one each for no seat belt, following too close with an accident, improper turn with an accident, exhibition of acceleration and modified exhaust.
