Rayville Police Chief Willie Robinson wants to advise motorists to obey all speed limit signs posted throughout the Town of Rayville.
“Posted speed limit signs are there to ensure the safety of all drivers as well as pedestrians,” the chief said.
Officers are diligently monitoring all areas, including residential neighborhoods.
“You are responsible for making sure your vehicle is in safe condition before any operation to avoid violations for traffic and unsafe vehicles,” he said.
Chief Robinson encourages all citizens to come by the Rayville Police Department at 900 Harrison St. or to call 728-4431 if you need his help in any way.
